1. Who controls your data
The data controller for LikeMetrics is LikeMetrics, registered at Chavchavadze Ave 41, Tbilisi, GE. You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@likemetrics.com.
2. What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed version of your password — we never store your password in plain text. When you place an order, we store the link or username you provide, the quantity ordered, and the order status.
3. Payments
We don't process or store your payment details ourselves. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
4. How we use your data
We use your email to let you log in, show your order history, and contact you about an order if something needs attention. We don't sell your data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward to handle refund windows, chargebacks, and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we're required to retain transaction records for accounting or legal reasons.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's local storage to remember your theme preference and shopping cart. Nothing here is used for third-party advertising tracking.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account, by reaching out through the Contact page. We'll respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
