1. Who you're contracting with
LikeMetrics is operated by LikeMetrics, registered at Chavchavadze Ave 41, Tbilisi, GE. References to "we," "us," or "LikeMetrics" in these terms mean LikeMetrics.
2. What we sell
LikeMetrics sells social media engagement services — followers, likes, views, and comments — for platforms including Instagram. Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and typically begin processing automatically after payment is confirmed.
3. Platform terms-of-service risk
LikeMetrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram or Meta. Purchasing engagement services of this kind may violate Instagram's own Terms of Service. While we take steps to reduce risk to your account, we cannot guarantee that Instagram won't flag, restrict, or take other action against an account that uses our services. By placing an order, you accept this risk.
4. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for providing an accurate profile link or username at checkout. We never ask for your account password. Orders placed against private, deleted, or incorrect profiles cannot be refunded once delivery has started.
5. Delivery times
Most orders begin processing automatically, but delivery speed depends on the service and quantity ordered and is not guaranteed to a specific time. If an order stalls significantly past its expected window, contact support and we'll investigate or refill it.
6. Refunds
If an order fails to deliver and cannot be completed or refilled, you're entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion. Refunds are not offered for orders that delivered successfully but were later affected by normal platform activity (e.g. natural unfollows).
7. Prohibited use
You may not use our services to target accounts you don't own or don't have authorization to promote, or in a way that violates the terms of service of the platform the order is placed on.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikeMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by a third-party platform such as Instagram. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services will first be handled through good-faith negotiation via our Contact page; if unresolved, the courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
